You probably already know this but fish is generally delivered on Tuesdays... so wherever you go, make sure it&#039;s earlier in the week. I usually buy salmon from Whole Foods ... they typically have Sockeye, Coho and Atlantic (though I don&#039;t really like to buy the Atlantic b/c it&#039;s farmed and not as flavorful). If I&#039;m splurging though, I go to Seafood Station in Loveland, which is not as convenient but sure is excellent: http://www.seafoodstation.net/fishlist.htm</description>
